There is water on the floor under my ice machine, can you find the leak?
We trace it wet rather than guessing: inlet valve weep, split distribution tube, blocked machine drain or a backed-up bin drain all present the same way. The water side is pressure-tested before we recommission.
How urgent is a slow harvest cycle?
Treat it as urgent. A stalling harvest leaves the plate frozen solid, output collapses and the compressor runs against high head pressure, which is how a cheap solenoid fault turns into a compressor replacement.
