Common questions
Can you work after trading hours?
Yes. Retail, restaurant and office work is routinely scheduled at night or early morning under a permit-to-work so trading is not interrupted.
Is a compressor replacement guaranteed?
Yes. Replacements are done with a system flush and new drier, and both part and workmanship are warranted, provided the original cause of failure is corrected.
My ice machine runs but makes no ice, is it worth repairing?
Usually yes. The four common causes (water inlet valve, water pump, scaled evaporator and a stalled harvest cycle) are all repairable at a fraction of replacement cost. We quote in writing after the diagnostic and tell you honestly when a machine is past economic repair.
Why is my ice cloudy or melting too fast?
Cloudy, soft ice means the freeze cycle is being cut short or the water is carrying too many dissolved solids. We test hardness and TDS on site, fit the right filtration, descale the plate and re-time the cycle so cubes freeze clear and hard.
