Why is my cube ice machine making hollow or small cubes?
Hollow or undersized cubes almost always mean the plate is not being wetted evenly: a scaled evaporator, a weak water pump, or blocked distribution holes. We measure pump flow, descale the plate and re-time the freeze cycle so cubes come out at full weight against the data plate.
