How often should an aircon need re-gassing?
A correctly installed system should never need gas. If it does, there is a leak, so we pressure test and repair the leak before charging rather than topping up annually.
Do you charge a callout fee?
A standard callout and diagnostic fee applies and is quoted upfront. It is credited against the repair when you accept the quote.
Do you top up gas without finding the leak?
No. A weighed charge into a leaking system is money out the window, so the leak is found and repaired first, then the system is evacuated and charged to the plated weight.
What does an annual service contract include?
Scheduled visits, priority response between visits, a written condition report per unit and fixed labour rates for the contract year.
