Pressure testing, leak detection, vacuum and accurate weighed re-gas of R410a, R32 and legacy R22 systems. In Riviera this is upper residential work on all split types systems, attended within about 55 minutes of dispatch. On Daikin equipment specifically — inverter splits, vrv multi-storey systems and ducted plant — the faults we see most in Riviera are refrigerant loss at flare joints and outdoor pcb failure after surge events.Every visit starts with a full diagnostic and a written quote before any part is fitted.Apartment access via building management. Common questions

Why is my Daikin unit flashing its indicator light in Riviera?

A flashing operation lamp means the board has logged a fault code. Pressing the cancel button on the remote and holding it cycles the code out; U0 points to a low charge, U4 to a communication fault between indoor and outdoor units, and A5 to a freeze or high pressure trip.

How often should an aircon need re-gassing?

A correctly installed system should never need gas. If it does, there is a leak, so we pressure test and repair the leak before charging rather than topping up annually.

Do you charge a callout fee?

A standard callout and diagnostic fee applies and is quoted upfront. It is credited against the repair when you accept the quote.
