Planned maintenance and fault finding on multi-storey VRV/VRF systems and their branch selector boxes. In Killarney this is upper residential work on vrv / vrf systems, attended within about 50 minutes of dispatch. We work across every major brand installed in Killarney, and diagnostics start from the plated design data rather than a guess.Codes are read from the board rather than guessed at, then traced to the actual sensor, valve or drive fault behind them.Apartment building managers control roof and riser access. Common questions
Can you work after trading hours?
Yes. Retail, restaurant and office work is routinely scheduled at night or early morning under a permit-to-work so trading is not interrupted.
Why is my ice cloudy or melting too fast?
Cloudy, soft ice means the freeze cycle is being cut short or the water is carrying too many dissolved solids. We test hardness and TDS on site, fit the right filtration, descale the plate and re-time the cycle so cubes freeze clear and hard.
Is scale really a problem for ice machines here?
Yes, it is the single biggest cause of lost output on this water supply. Scale insulates the evaporator, so the machine runs longer for less ice and eventually pits the plate. Regular descaling is far cheaper than an evaporator replacement.
There is water on the floor under my ice machine, can you find the leak?
We trace it wet rather than guessing: inlet valve weep, split distribution tube, blocked machine drain or a backed-up bin drain all present the same way. The water side is pressure-tested before we recommission.
