Full preventative service: coil clean, filter replacement, drain flush, gas pressure check and electrical torque test. In Witkoppen this is luxury gated estates work on midwall split systems, attended within about 65 minutes of dispatch. On Sirair equipment specifically — entry-level and mid-range splits widely installed in complexes — the faults we see most in Witkoppen are remote receiver failure and gas loss at poorly torqued flares.Every visit starts with a full diagnostic and a written quote before any part is fitted.Mixed access; some sections open, some boomed. Aircon Repairs & Servicing bookings in Witkoppen are logged against Block 12 so we can allow for power availability on site.

Common questions

Do you charge a callout fee?

A standard callout and diagnostic fee applies and is quoted upfront. It is credited against the repair when you accept the quote.

Why is my ice cloudy or melting too fast?

Cloudy, soft ice means the freeze cycle is being cut short or the water is carrying too many dissolved solids. We test hardness and TDS on site, fit the right filtration, descale the plate and re-time the cycle so cubes freeze clear and hard.

Is scale really a problem for ice machines here?

Yes, it is the single biggest cause of lost output on this water supply. Scale insulates the evaporator, so the machine runs longer for less ice and eventually pits the plate. Regular descaling is far cheaper than an evaporator replacement.

There is water on the floor under my ice machine, can you find the leak?

We trace it wet rather than guessing: inlet valve weep, split distribution tube, blocked machine drain or a backed-up bin drain all present the same way. The water side is pressure-tested before we recommission.
